Description
This pattern of vintage style "hippie weave" jacquard guitar strap was made famous in the 1960's and 70's by the now defunct companies that made them famous. This pattern is often referred to as the "Hendrix" strap as, along with a few other definitive hootenanny woven bohemian guitar straps, this pattern was reportedly worn by the man himself. That is so cool! The only problem with the original designs and the few companies who are reissuing them is those little cheap Chinese end tabs seem to stretch easily and wear prematurely. Which got us to thinking........ this particular classic red shade of the pattern is a reissue of the original American Classic and is assembled here in the United States at our California Workshop. We take the jacquard weave and sew it onto recycled seat belt material and finish it with our own streamlined end tabs and hand tooled stainless steel rivets to make a great Boho guitar strap. Each Couch Strap is Made in The USA at our California Workshop and shipped from factory floor to your door at a price you'll find more than fair if you shop around for similar USA Made straps. Of course you when you get a strap from Couch you are guaranteed incomparable quality and workmanship, made by dudes who actually play guitar. Classics last forever. Rock! Couch.
